Doesn’t it make you livid when the cable company would give you vague arrival service time of between this time and that time? I mean, you have better things to do then wait around and get distracted from a contractor working at your property! Have you ever seen the Seinfeld episode called “The Cadillac” where Kramer strikes back and plays the same game with the cable company?

Here’s what he was thinking:

six"! (quiet anger) And I sat there, hour after hour, without so much as a
phone call. Finally, they show up, no apology, tracking mud all over my nice
clean floors. (malice) Now, they want me to accommodate them. Well, looks
like the shoe's on the other foot, doesn't it?”
